The NRL has bent its rules to allow Jai Arrow to briefly take the field as South Sydney faces his previous club, the Gold Coast Titans.
Arrow, who was forced into retirement after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease, started the game on the field before subbing off for Cameron Murray and will do the same next week to ensure he notches 100 games for the Rabbitohs.
Later, the Roosters and Dolphins meet in a top-four showdown, before the Cowboys try to secure a finals spot with victory over the Tigers.
In the NRLW, the Titans host the Raiders, the Roosters face the Sharks, and the Cowboys take on the Knights.

We’ve seen the worst of the Gold Coast defence, and now we’re seeing it in attack.
The Rabbitohs have given them a few opportunities, but the Titans are all out of sync and I reckon they threw three blatant forward passes in that set that weren’t called, but eventually knock it on as Tino Fa’asuamaleaui for some reason is Chris Randall’s target on the last tackle.

Just an FYI, if you recall Souths’ round 23 game against the Eels, they led that one 28-0 at half-time and ultimately only won it 28-24. So let’s just keep an eye on this team.
