Trump Allegedly Sought Medical Attention Three Times Recently

Former White House physicians have voiced concern that Donald Trump is seeking medical care, yet Americans are not being informed about it. They lament the absence of transparency concerning the US president’s health matters.

Trump assumed the office of US President in January 2025. Since then, he has required medical assistance at least three times.

Trump is the oldest individual ever to hold the US presidency. He is currently 79 years old. Recent public appearances by the US president have fueled public discussions about his potential ill health.

People are particularly noting the number of bruises on his hands, as well as red spots on his neck and arms. These are perceived as indicators of an undisclosed ailment.

Trump may visit Walter Reed Medical Center today for a medical and dental examination. Last April, he underwent his annual medical check-up, but sought medical attention again in October 2025.

During the second hospital visit, Trump underwent a CT scan, which was described as preventative. The White House announced that Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency last year. This is a common condition that can lead to swelling of the legs and ankles.

This condition is typically not life-threatening.

Previously, Trump stated that the bruises on his hands were a result of aspirin intake.

A poll conducted last month by Washington Post, ABC News, and Ipsos indicated that 44% of Americans consider Trump fit to fulfill the duties of commander-in-chief. This figure is consistently declining. 40% of Americans believe Trump possesses the mental acuity required to be president.
