Andriy Romanchuk, deputy commander of the 21st UAV regiment “Lava” within the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Khartiia”, told 24 Kanal that currently, there is no side winning this war. But there are significantly more reasons for optimism now.
Ukraine is strengthening its capabilities

At the same time, Russia’s further steps could be completely unexpected. A possible attack on the Baltic states, for example, is not a zero-probability scenario.
